ABOUT US
Established in 2021, we created Everything Managed Group out of a passion for taking care of something often seen as mundane and unpleasant — waste. Our goal is to take the confusion away and show that waste has power.
We’re a group of businesses operating across the waste and resources sector, run by a management team of experienced operators, with more than 40,000 customers across the UK.

Waste is a resource. Every decision we take as a group is measured against whether it keeps material in use and out of the ground.
We hire for attitude and train the rest — then get out of the way. Team leaders here routinely started on the phones.
We only work with suppliers who aim for 100% landfill avoidance, and we audit them every single year to prove it.
SUSTAIN ABILITY
Since 2000, the amount of waste sent to UK landfill has fallen by more than 60% — and the opportunity is only growing. When it’s dealt with properly, rubbish gets a new lease of life.
We’ve partnered with Newcastle College to offer entry-level jobs for young people in the North East — training and investing in them so they can earn and learn. We also have senior opportunities in IT and Data, Sales and Customer Service.

Fast, informal and fairly flat. We are a Newcastle business that has more than doubled in three years, so there is always something being built or improved — and enough room for people to take on more than their job title suggests.
For most roles, no. We hire for attitude and aptitude and train the rest. Across the group we have people who came from retail, hospitality, logistics and straight out of college
Most roles are hybrid with a base at our office on Grey Street in Newcastle upon Tyne. Some customer service and operational roles are on-site because that is where the work is.
